Throughout the past several weeks, I’ve teased on facebook and twitter that I’m taking my next cooking demonstration class in a different direction. My previous classes included the one about eggs, the Italian comfort foods one, and the amazing pizza one.
The Cooks Resource plans these pretty far in advance, and, unfortunately, I don’t have time to prepare for any classes in April or May, but June is right around the corner, and, at the next class, I’m cooking up an American classic!
Hamburgers and fries!
We’re doing everything from scratch!
We’re going to bake the rolls, make our own mayonnaise, fry our own French fries, and learn how to use the stove top to create an amazing burger. If you’re the health conscious type (like me), I’m going to show how some very simple modifications turn this treat into something you can enjoy regularly with no guilt.
